Looks great, pretty quiet (mudguards are a little rattly), great around town, jury's out on longer commutehowever it appears the less effort you put in the more it assists, battery isn't great but the weight compromise makes it worth it, if the battery dies you are with a bit of effort still able to ride it unlike many other assisted bikes, am really glad I brought one of these, wish it was a little quicker, as said absolutely love the look

My first ebike and generally very pleased with it. Very good value for money. Electric assist is subtle but effective. Belt driven is ideal for commuting, no oil to get on your trousers. And bike seems well engineered. I like the Tenways app and appeals to my competitive nature. The only reason I've not given it five stars is the real world range is only about 30km and i was expecting more like 50km. Hoping the range improves as the battery conditions.

Tenways was love on first ride - and still would be, if it would do what it should. This was meant to my spare bike, so that my first Tenways gets some garantee work done. I don��t have a car and so I have to rely on my bike. Unfortunately my trusted bike shop is enforced to send the bike to the wholesalers repair shop. And here is the problem: the wholesaler is not able to collect the bike on time and announces 5-6 weeks on repair time. This is exactly the sort of BS that drove me away from VanMoof. The only solution was a second bike, or so I thought. We assembled the bike and on my first ride it announced Error8 after 25 km and I had to go back without any support. Today I was at my bike shop and the guys checked the linkage, added some contact spray rode the bike and after a few meters Error 08 occured again. This does not stem from our assembling. So now I have two bikes, both not ready to ride but still in love on first ride.
I hesitated for a long time before buying an ebike, and I also considered the more expensive CGO's. In the end the CGO600 turned out to be a perfect fit. It's light, has a decent range, isn't too expensive, and the pedal assist feels really smooth. Because it's so light, you really take off like a rocket up to 25 then the assist stops, but it still rides very well. I really appreciate that it doesn't necessarily look like an e-bike. The interface is more advanced than I expected, and overall everything looks solid and well built. Delivery was super fast, and assembling it on my own was no problem at all. I'm extremely happy with it!
Nice ride, better performance than I thought. I had beltdrive before and like the low maintenance. Because the low weight you can skip the electric assistance and use at an ordinary bike. It's also good if the battery gone empty. Works well with singlespeed for me.
I love the bike. I also like that in the pro version they changed some stuff. For example, I do not like that there isn't an adjustable steering pen. I changed that.
I did come across some issues having to do with a broken lamp upon delivery, but the customer support is SO good, that I did not mind at all. I did have issues with the mudguards, but once again they helped me out very fast trough email.
The bike was easily put together, with some adjustments here and there.
Overall I really love the bike! And most of all, I love the customer support.
Nothing but love! Assembly was an easy step by step without any complications. Took it for a spin for a 14km ride, even on some rougher terrain and not going to lie it went smooth as hell! Really recommend it to anyone who loves the sensation of just pedalling without the hasle of switching gears.
The bike is great, especially considering the price. There are however a few minor and relatively cheap upgrades, that would make the bike perfect for daily commuting. The lack of suspension, uncomfortable saddle and handlebar grips, as well as a handlebar that is not adjustable, are the only major downsides to this bike. All can be fixed with a few new parts adding another 100� to the price. Other than that the bike is a blast to ride and I'd gladly recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

For the attention of other users, check the tightness of the screws, there are a few that are not very tight, notably one of the 5 chimney screws on the tray. Note that steel screws can wear out (rough steel).

Next level bike riding, I��m very satisfied with my CGO600. Some of my rides is not registered in the app, probably because the Bluetooth connection is unstable ?
Great bike, exceeding all my expections. Assembly was a little bit more complicated as the manual was not always correct (i think the design was slightly updated, or parts have changed), but once you've assembled the bike, riding it is great. Perfect solution for commuting on a daily base in a city.
Bike came well packed, all necessary tools and instructions included so it was easy to put together. Everything feels very properly built and the bike feels and looks much more expensive than it is. Ride is smooth as butter, motor is fantastic, I simply love it.
First, the bike is beautiful with its sleek modern frame and great color combination. Assembling it was easy and very quick. It rides like a normal bike with the slight weight and feels super fast and agile. Perfect for the city.
4 stars bc the front wheel arrived damaged, probably during transport, and bc the missing suspension can be hard on the wrists when there is a sudden pothole in the road. Definitely to be avoided.

Very happy with the CGO600!! A huge improvement of my daily commute trip of 18 km through the always windy Dutch countryside. No more loss of bike time when you are up against the wind! Choose this bike for its low weight, the sportive geometry, carbon belt, hydraulic breaks and the low resistance motor. And yes, it all works perfect! Added the rear carrier and the pannier bag to make it a commuter bike. I enjoy every bike ride now!

This new, late 2023 CGO-600 has some minor improvements compared with the mid 2022 model. Biggest change is the display unit.
Current average on the new bike is 28.9 km/h. I only use the powerassist to accelerate. Very happy with my late 2023 model and made my father (77 year old) happy with my previous CGO-600.
It makes biking much more fun! I really like and appreciate and the setup was easy (even though the video sent was outdated, I used a newer video for the pro setup).
But, as I'm 174 which should be perfect for the M size bike, I don't like the leaning forward position while riding. It puts a lot of pressure on the arms and the seating position is rather facing down than up. I wouldn't have expected that.
If you don't mind this, the bike is a great choice :)
Together with the video(s) and the booklet the steps to setup the bike are clear, the front brake alignment though can be quite cumbersome. Support was fast and (more than) helpfull! Really good.
The positioning was just a little to sporty so adjusted the steering wheel with an add on and made riding al lot more comfortable. It is very fun to ride the bike as it is quick and nimble. The only 'downside' I can think of is the single speed, when riding 25km (top speed) the cadence is pretty high, this however is only an issue on long roads because in busy cities the cadence is perfect (requires more braking, twists and turns).
The range is more than enough for me, 60-70km with cold weather switching mostly between PAS 2 and 3. Would purchase the battery pack if range were an issue.
The Bike fufils what it need to be. Really enjoy riding it to work. In spite of the saddle is quite hard, the bike brings a quite comfort feeling while riding.
Support team is also very nice, get in touch in very short time when needed.

This bike is awesome; sturdy quality and well designed. It definitely makes my 7km commute to work by bike faster. It looks sleek and rides smoothly. Small improvements that I'd like to see: height-adjustable steering, permanently mounted rear light, and the app which is too unstable. But overall great value for money.
I ordered my first Tenways CGO600 in June 2022. At that time, it wasn't sold in any stores and I bought it purely on all the great reviews I had seen on YouTube. The specs, price and reviews compared to the more expensive Cowboy and VanMoof bicycles made this choice for me an easy one.
Although I haven't cycled that extremly much (2000 km), I'm very glad with the choice I made buying this product. For these 2000km, I have cycled over 25.5 km/h on average (yes, above the engine support speed). Mostly I cycle around 29-31 km/h. I always and only use the first assist level of the engine just to accelerate. I need to charge the battery once ever 80 - 100 km, unless I had some severe heads on wind were the engine assist helped me out.
Last but not least: The support from Tenways is really great! (lost a clip from a panier and new ones were send in without any difficulties).
