Please ensure the email address used to confirm your Smart Connect subscription matches the one registered with the TENWAYS App. Only then will the subscription options appear in the App.
If you’ve forgotten the email address linked to your e-bike, you can unbundle the email address from your e-bike using the e-bike’s frame code. After that, you can register your e-bike with a new email address.
Refunds are only available if the service has not been used. Once any Smart Connect services have been used, you won’t be able to get a refund.

After your subscription expires, you will have a 1-year pending period to renew it. If the subscription is not renewed during this time, you will lose access to the smart features of the TENWAYS Smart Connect module.
