What's special about the Enviolo Stepless Shifting Hub?

The stepless shifting hubs developed by Enviolo use continuously variable planetary (CVP) technology which allows for seamless transition between a huge number of gear ratios. For the rider, this means smooth, stepless movement from one gear to the next – as easy as turning the knob on a radio. With all moving parts protected inside the casing, and the hub neatly mounted in the rear wheel for further protection, the internal gear hub has the additional advantage of being extremely low-maintenance.

How long can this e-bike last?

With good care, this e-bike is designed to last well beyond the 2-year warranty period. All mechanical components are commonly available, allowing for easy repair and maintenance at a regular bike shop, and TENWAYS can provide replacement parts, including batteries, beyond the warranty period.

Where can I take this bike for maintenance?

I’ve had my AGO T for a few weeks now and I’m really enjoying it. It’s comfortable, smooth to ride and the motor assistance is great for getting around London. I did have a couple of issues at the beginning. The original battery was DOA and wouldn’t power on or charge, so TENWAYS replaced it under warranty. I also had a rear brake alignment issue which caused some noise, but this was easily fixed by a local bike shop. TENWAYS customer service were excellent throughout the whole process. They were responsive, kept me updated and arranged the replacement battery without any hassle. Now that everything is sorted, the bike is riding perfectly and I’m very happy with it. Things can occasionally go wrong with any product, but for me, the way TENWAYS handled the problems made a big difference. Five stars from me. ⭐️

Bought mine in Sept 24. Did 1000km untill now. + Enviolo works perfect + Comfortable driving experience + Good seat + Belt, brakes, fork work good - battery small (in winter at temp -5 to 5 max range is 40 - 50km on flat land at gear 3/4) - back carrier bad design. Can't fix a child seat, bags don't fit well (even the tenways' ones) - very slippery tires General opinion good. Most comfortable speed 18-20km/h.

It is a really nice bike! It took me a while to get used to, because I'm only 1,70m so it can be a bit uncomfortable to reach the handles, even though they are all the way up, and the seat is all the way in so it kinda changes the center of gravity (so you can't ride without hands) But for the rest, it's great! had couple of issues with the screen but it was resolved very quick.
