The bike is really good, being used to other e-bike assisted pedal, this is on another level, the Cg0600 plus is such a lovely bike, has a smooth ride and very good macros each road type. The gets are so smooth, the positioning and handle bars are on another level making it easy to adapt. Only problem I had was it came with a eu plug , due to being in UK was a problem , but reached out to tenways and was sent one out quite quick. Breaking was a bit weak no recoil, but after looking tweaked the breaks Allen screws and now works all correctly. Over proberly one of the best bike on the market to a point even had a few people stop me at work and whilst riding to ask what brand it is and where we get from. Top notch service keep up the great work.

The bike is very easy to ride and looks great nice and light and quiet, downside is lack of any suspension meaning the ride can be a real boneshaker! Also no service centres/authorised dealers nearby to me so if it needs servicing or repairs in future might be an issue.

First review after 3 weeks and 200 kms (including short and longer trips) The bike came bigger than expected, but is good fit (size M, 1.73m). Verified weight with mudguards and stand : 18.0 kgs. Assistance comes smoothly and naturally, such that you forget about it. Although advertised for flat terrain only, it does climb any street, road, or ramp I have tried so far (up to 12%, with a little bit of a push). The motor is silent in traffic, only audible under quiet conditions. The bike may be lighter than other e-bikes, it is not that light. However, I mostly ride without power assist, except uphill. With assist, the speed stabilises very smoothly around 25 km/h without any noticeable kick or shed of assistance. Brakes are fine ; they do improve after some run-in. Saddle feels hard on long run ; I traded the kick-stand for a V-spring saddle suspension (keeping net weight about the same). Front light is useless although very nicely integrated. Pointing down and not forward enough for a fast ride in darkness, it also makes you a lot less visible to motorists ; a big concern to me. TENWAYS, please, make it adjustable in height. The big wheels offer little resistance and stick well to the tarmac. It is ok also on gravel paths. The single gear is a good match to the cruise speed (25 km/h). You can easily go faster downhill but exceeding 35 km/h will require high spinning. Launching from static without power assist is manageable but slow. The 10-25 km/h speed range is comfortable. 0 to 25 km/h with assist is fairly quick. The minimalist controller is fine but difficult to operate on bumpy terrain. I would consider a handle bar rotary shifter option. The management of the torque assist is commendable. Note that assist does not cut straight away upon going free-wheel, which is slightly adverse to emergency stopping but not a problem given the brakes power. The battery range so far (2 full charges) only using assistance for climbing : 105 kms and 55% battery left; currently 110 kms and 85% battery left. In summary I only use the assist to overcome the high gear ratio effect where needed. Even the lowest assist level is too high for me to use continuously. I am missing a tracking device integrated to the bike and remain nervous leaving the bike anywhere in town. One question remain about the rain capability of the battery compartment, as it seems water would accumulate where the battery contacts are. The belt drive is such a nice experience - I reduced the factory high tension as it creates unnecessary static friction for no apparent benefit, and lined up the rear wheel properly with the frame. The little bell is enjoyable. The handle bar grips have a nice touch. The TENWAYS app is very annoying - just not recording or decides to stop... - needs improvement. I love my bike.

After not cycling for several years, I decided to purchase the Tenways CGO 600 Pro to help maintain my fitness. I particularly appreciate the low-maintenance belt drive and the effective power assistance. My only suggestion for improvement would be the addition of a built-in rear light to match the integrated front lighting system.

Sorry for my late revue of my awesome bike, due to a massive cycle crash only two days into commuting to work, a rear car door was open on me with no time to react. I must say the bike stood up to the crash extremely well, with only minor damage. I have taken the opportunity to upgrade a few items, new grips, handlebar stem, Spd pedals and a Mint decal pack to upgrade the look. The bike its self is performing extremely well and above my expectations. If I had to give a negative comment on the bike, it would be the weight, which i thought would feel lighter, but i will try and lower that with some carbon parts. Amazing bike overall, love the simplicity and how fun it is to ride. To make it even better would have liked an integrated rear light, gps tracker built in, non-quick release wheel/seat, and screws to add a bottle cage to the frame.

Kudos to Tenways! I purchased my bike New In Box from a 3rd party and to say that I am impressed is a huge understatement. I was a little nervous coming from a big heavy, powerful fat-tire e-bike, with throttle and speeds up to 30 mph, so swapping to a light, sleek, lower power, non-suspension commuter-style bike was a big leap for me. I did add a suspension post and more comfy seat, which makes a huge difference for a 64 year old, 210lb enthusiast. I��ve only had an opportunity to ride locally, but can��t wait to put some mileage on this bike in the coming months. Smooth ride, instant pedal assist, awesome colour and everything else this bike has to offer makes this the best purchase of the year for me.

I live on the coast and always struggled to cycle when windy. This bike is just amazing, it literally made me laugh when the motor kicked in first time. Also really well made. Absolutely love it. I wish I bought one long time ago.

I wanted a simple Ebike that looked like an regular bike and had single speed. This bikes perfect. I love the torque sensor and rarely need more than assistance level 1. Slight issue when assembling, the bike wouldn't turn on until I briefly charged the battery for a few seconds, which seemed to wake it up from some sort of sleep mode to over 70% available , wasn't in the instructions. Been fine ever since. I changed the saddle to something softer and purchased higher bars for my back. The bike does everything I want and I easily get the 50 mile range. Where I live its flat so the single speed is perfect.

Brilliant in every way , as I live in very hilly area , the extra help for a sixty year old is very welcome. I think I’ve covered more ground in the two weeks I’ve had it, than I have all summer on a non assisted bike. Top notch quality, ease of set up and clarity of instructions. The geared version is just the job and I love the stealth looks by not being obvious as an e bike. Colour is also fabulous - sky blue.

Order arrived within 48hrs and took about 40 minutes to put together.All tools included and a clear manual. Afer charging the battery, everything worked straight away. Look smooth ride. Idea for short trips to shops for a retiree like me. Only issue was the app which would not recognise my bike,so unable to register or track on phone, hence only 4 stars

A lightweight and pretty powerful bike, perfect for daily commutes to work, makes moderate hills feel like flats, belt drive is a game changer. I purchased the 600 plus back in January 2026. Unfortunately due to the weather being cold, icy and snow I never got out on it until the last few weeks. Firstly it was well packaged and arrived within four days of ordering. I received a FedEx notification that I was due a parcel the next day and initially I thought it was a scam as I never received an email from Tenways. The day of delivery I did finally get an email saying the bike was on its way. The bike arrived well packaged and no damage to the outer carton. The instructions were concise and torque settings are displayed which I personally like. The battery was at approximately 70% so I left it as is. After installing handlebars and front wheel it was ready to go. Firstly the bike is wonderfully quiet. The assist isn’t dramatic and by use of the gears and assist I found climbing a 20% hill not to serious. On the flat on assist 1 the bike cruises at 15-16 mph no problem. The brakes are very good although after 30 miles the front brake is squeaking. The rear mudguard can rub lightly against the tyre which can be annoying and has to be constantly adjusted. The screen is too small for my liking (65 years old eyesight isn’t as good as it once was). The bike is light with the handling like a non e-bike. From 1 bar on the screen to full charge took 4hr 40m. The clearance underneath the mudguards isn’t a lot so riding along trails isn’t very easy as debris gets jammed between the tyres and the mudguard. This is a bike for bike paths or roads and lack of suspension can be quite jarring on potholes and roots etc. The range is advertised at 100km but as it’s only a 320Wh battery I really can’t see anybody getting that range unless assist is on zero. So with that in mind I thought I’d buy a second spare battery. That, I found was not possible. None in stock. That to me is worrying development. An e-bike is not an e-bike without a battery and the fact there are no spares doesn’t make a good product. I have had other e-bikes and I know from experience that they can fail (fortunately the company had spares). Hopefully this will be rectified sooner rather than later. On the whole it’s a nice bike to ride and light enough to put on a bike rack on the roof of a car. Hopefully it won’t become a paperweight if no spare batteries are not forthcoming.

Avoided buying ebikes for years so this was a big investment. I always felt there was no exercise value in them. However , after two weeks with this bike I would say that I was wrong. I am able to go much further and can also turn the power assist off completely for more strenuous exercise and then use the assist to get back home. Very well thought out bike. Saddle not great but I think most people change these for their own favourite saddle.-very easily done on this bike. Fast release front wheel isn't very good but with a bit of fettling can be done. Very good after purchase help when I reported this problem. Front tyre or wheel has a slight bend in it but doesn't effect the ride. I would recommend this bike definitely.

It's a decent bike, decent range. I wish their size guide was better. I am 180 cm tall and I wish I ordered M instead of L. It's just too big for me. The second problem with the bike is that it has extremely sporty position, even after pulling the handle 90 degrees. It's ok for 15 mins ride but not very comfortable for more than 20 mins ride. The third problem is seat. Not at all comfortable. So, it's a good looking bike for someone watching you but you're burning inside.

I am, so far, very impressed with this, my first electric bike. It is taking a while to learn how to get the best from it ,but I am enjoying the learning experience. I think, as a bike mechanic, that at this price point the bike is very well built and excellent quality.

I love it it’s great for my commute, I don’t move around the city in public transport anymore . The only thing I wil change it’s the handle bar, the handgrip is a bit uncomfortable. Also a bi too sporty, I think I will change the hable for a more city-like version could look nicer :)

Please with the Bike, after trying all the different settings for assistance you start to use just what you need rather than having full assistance on all the time. I get get up hills that I found difficult on a normal Bike.
