The bike is a beauty. However it arrived missing one steering wheel screw. Took them several day to dispatch it from NL, and I've been waiting for a week already - still not delivered. Very disappointing

50 miles in and going strong! Not as quick as some bikes on the market but the power delivery is much quicker and smooth. Very comfortable riding position as well. Easy to put together. Only 2 slight negatives was my bell didn’t work at all but just swapped with old one. Also had to take the screen off to get at the screw to tighten the handlebars which wasn’t in the instructions but was is the online video.

Brought this bike on the cycle to work scheme. Riding 6.5 miles to work on roads without street lights the lights are great and can see well. Does well on hills just have to add a bit more effort. Very impressed with my first e-bike. My only complaint is I keep sliding on the seat and handles as there is no grip or traction on either to keep in desired position.

I recently collected a CGO800S in Sky Blue which is for my wife. This is my wife’s first ebike. It was bought for our holidays in our campervan so that we could leave our campervan parked up and then use our ebikes to leisurely and easily cycle to the supermarket or local towns and attractions etc. We are extremely impressed with the CGO800S. The finish and build quality is excellent. Having never ridden ebikes before, the experience was new and a surprise but it makes riding the bike so much easier and relaxed. One reason we bought the CGO800S was it's step thru design for my wife, and the removable battery. I also bought the CGO600Pro for my myself. Most campervan bike racks have a maximum load capacity of 35Kg so both bikes with their batteries removed just fall under this weight which is perfect. The other advantage of the removable batter is that we can charge it in the campervan. We are extremely happy with our purchases.

Worse purchase I could of done, bike arrived used, scratched, front light not working. No phone number for company. Takes ages to get email response. Only for them to tell me to take bike to shop to get repaired. Never buy from them. Trying now to get them to come get this rubbish. But they making excuses.
Still building it! Keypad on handlebars upside down. Empty battery box, found it (battery) in bike. Not sure yet if front wheel is fully in place. Had to remove front light to put it on. No instructions in book about tightening front forks. not got to sitting on it yet as no pedals on yet. Its heavy, and need well lit indoor space to do it all. Battery now charged up. So dont expect pics/video this side of Christmas

Although the bike is great, the delivery experience was not. I ordered it on Thursday 10th April. On Monday 14th April I had an email to say it had been dispatched. The tracking number didn’t work with FedEx. I was concerned as it had cost a lot of money. It finally arrived on Thursday 17th April while we were out. The FedEx driver left it on the decking at the back of our property. The box was upside down and open. When I got the bike out the screen was cracked. I replied to the email I had received but heard nothing. I then emailed the support at Tenways. Chris responded and he has been great. He said he would send out a replacement screen on the 19th April. It arrived yesterday (Tuesday 29th April) I will fit it today. Hopefully it will be ok. I have query about the price. Why are they €1899 and the same in british pounds £1899? It means that British people pay over €250 more. Which seems very unfair. If you charged Britain in euros at least we would get the exchange rate.

Lovely looking bike, arrived slightly damaged but Tenways covered the repair cost. Haven't had a chance to ride it much yet, but I'm being harassed with many emails asking me to review it already even though I've definitely not had time to form a proper opinion yet. So here's a review!
